AGREEMENT 

Oraclescuba, Singapore's Personalised & Customised Scuba Diving Service Provider, as agreed that the company provide proper and quality services to its clients to the best of their ability. As such participating stated on the approval and agreement to the clients the safety precaution are to be take by clients discretion.

SINGAPORE TOURISM BOARD

Under  the Singapore Tourism Board rulings and regulations, all dive centres operates within Singapore are required to be licensed or serve within a travel agency.  Oraclescuba , Reg No - 202128020E had obtained STB Travel Agent Licence - TA#03832 and serve as a Singapore Travel Agent.     

INSURANCE  

As travel and diving insurance are recommended, it is a duty of the diver to insure as such the risk are taken by  the diver, if he is not want too. As a duty for dive centre remind divers.
