Knowledge Development: Candidates will participate in classroom sessions and independent study to expand their understanding of dive theory, teaching techniques, risk management, and dive industry standards.
Confined Water Skills: Candidates will practice conducting confined water training sessions, assisting with skill development and evaluations under the supervision of a PADI Instructor.
Open Water Skills: Candidates will assist with open water training dives, helping to supervise and guide student divers, conduct briefings, and evaluate dive skills.
Teaching Presentations: Candidates will develop and deliver teaching presentations on various topics, demonstrating their ability to effectively communicate dive theory and skills to student divers.
Dive Site Management: Candidates will learn about dive site logistics, safety procedures, and risk assessment, preparing them to assist with dive operations and manage student divers in real-world settings.
Internship: Candidates will gain hands-on experience working with certified divers and student divers under the guidance of a PADI Instructor, honing their leadership and teaching skills.
