Whether you're helping a friend recover a lost piece of equipment, assisting in a community cleanup, or simply looking to expand your skill set, this course equips you with the knowledge and practical techniques necessary to conduct safe and effective search and recovery dives. 

The PADI Search and Recovery Specialty Diver Course teaches you how to find and bring back lost items underwater. Whether it’s a lost camera, a dropped tool, or something larger like an anchor, this course shows you how to search efficiently and recover objects safely.

You’ll learn how to use compasses, reels, and different search patterns to cover areas underwater, even in low visibility. You’ll also practice using lift bags to raise heavier items to the surface, all while working safely and as part of a team.

The course includes four open water dives, where you’ll apply what you’ve learned in real situations. To join, you need to be at least 12 years old and have your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent). You can start with PADI eLearning to complete the theory at home before your in-water training.

The PADI Night Diver Specialty Course is designed to teach you how to safely explore the underwater world after dark. Night diving is a unique experience that reveals a different side of the ocean—many marine creatures that hide during the day come out at night, and familiar dive sites take on a new and mysterious feel.

During the course, you’ll learn how to use dive lights properly, communicate with your buddy in the dark, navigate underwater with limited visibility, and stay oriented throughout the dive. You'll also practice entering and exiting the water safely at night and managing your gear with care in low-light conditions.

The course includes three night dives, usually done over multiple evenings, and is led by a certified PADI Instructor. To take part, you must be at least 12 years old and certified as a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent).

By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident diving at night and will be equipped with the skills to explore safely after sunset. The certification also counts toward the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating.

The PADI Deep Diver Specialty Course teaches you how to dive safely at greater depths—up to 40 meters (130 feet). Deep diving lets you explore exciting places like wrecks and reefs that you can’t reach on regular dives.

In this course, you’ll learn how to handle the special challenges of deep diving, like dealing with nitrogen narcosis, managing your air supply, and controlling your buoyancy and ascent speed. You’ll also practice planning deep dives using dive computers and tables.

The course includes four deep dives with a PADI Instructor. To join, you need to be at least 15 years old and have an Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent).

 The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy (PPB) course is a specialty scuba diving program designed to help divers refine their buoyancy skills beyond what is taught in the Open Water Diver course.
